Additionally, original Comply™ Eartips (Type T-400) provide the best fit if you prefer foam ear tips. Thanks to the perfect fit, ambient noise is reduced, and you'll love the bass—right down to the lowest frequencies.
Flat, tangle-free cables ensure that you won't have to deal with cable mess in your pocket. You can wear the DX 160 iE either on your chest (for example, with small mp3 players) or use the included extension cable to store your playback device in your pocket.
The full-metal housing, perfectly anodized surfaces, and shiny aluminum rings reflect a love for detail that makes the DX 160 iE a headphone whose quality you can feel. Gepaart. Mit Adapter für zweiten Kopfhörer. Guter Ton. Sprache gut verständlich, Bass dominant, Höhen fehlen etwas. Deutliche Kabelgeräusche bei Bewegungen. Komfortabel, selbst im Liegen. Geringe Abschirmung von Außengeräuschen, sehr geringe Schallabstrahlung. Flachkabel verknotet sich nicht.

Der sehr hochwertige und exzellent verarbeitete In Ear ist auch klanglich überzeugend, wobei der Sound fein aber auch lebendig ist. Auch das Zubehör ist vielfältig, sodass auch hier der Beyerdynamic gut aufgestellt ist. Schwächen sucht man fast vergebens denn nur bei den Mitten könnte der Kopfhörer etwas mehr Hochwertigkeit vertragen können.

Nach dem Probehören des Beyerdynamic DX 160 iE dürften viele um knapp 100 Euro ärmer sein. Denn so viel kostet der exzellent aufspielende und sehr flexible In-Ear aus deutschem Hause. Nicht nur der Klang ist vermutlich in dieser Preisklasse unübertroffen. Auch beim Zubehör bleibt kaum ein Wunsch offen.
