Integrated PPTP VPN server, multiple SSIDs, printer server, 3G/4G data sharing, and parental control are also included.
Powered by a Broadcom TurboQAM processor, it has 28 MB flash and 256 MB DDRIII RAM, an LED on/off switch, and Quality of Service (QoS).

Der Asus-Router RT-AC68U bietet ein extrem hohes Tempo, grosse Reichweite und ist vielseitig ausgestattet.
Der Testsieger hat sich seinen Platz an der Sonne mehr als verdient den neben einer hohen Datenrate, ist das Modell mit zahlreichen Features bestückt. Die AirCloud Funktion erlaubt es z.B. auf die Daten aus der Ferne zuzugreifen, wobei hierfür ein USB Speicher am Router angeschlossen sein muss. Zudem ist die Installation recht einfach und die Möglichkeiten im Netzwerk mehr als üppig.

Auch wenn der Router von Asus keine perfekte Vorstellung bot, ist er ein überaus überlegenes Gerät und das vor allem aufgrund seiner top Leistung bei der Datenübertragung. Die Antennen sind ausrichtbar und zudem kann der Nutzer hier auf den Clouddienst zugreifen. Leider ist eine Telefonfunktion nicht an Bord.
