- Works very quickly
- Very low energy consumption
- Built-in graphics chip too weak for current games
Compared to their direct predecessors, the Ryzen 9 9900X and Ryzen 7 9700X are slightly faster, while the integrated graphics chip is just a touch faster. Therefore: If you are considering buying a new AMD CPU, you can still use the older and cheaper Ryzen 7900X and 7700X models without hesitation...
- high gaming performance
- high application performance
- Very efficient in games and applications
- in games partly clearly behind AMD's X3D models
The Ryzen 7 9700X impresses with high performance in games and applications with very good efficiency. In a duel with current top models, it struggles, especially in gaming compared to its own X3D competitors. However, as soon as practical resolutions such as Full HD and 4K are used instead of 720p, this hardly matters.
- New OC functions
- Complete support for existing AM5 motherboards
- excellent single-core performance
- comparable to Intel's top gaming products
- Good power efficiency and low operating temperatures
