Perfect
Since my Thermomix went on strike after almost 20 years, I looked around for a cheaper alternative - and the Companion XL has far exceeded my expectations! It works quieter and faster, the lid is easier to close and it can do a lot more than my old "magic pot". The only thing missing is the integrated scale, but I have my kitchen scale for that, so no problem.

Excellent product, you can do almost anything with it. As it is XL I would have expected to be able to cook larger quantities (i.e. the puree is good for 4-5 people at most, not 6-8...), but it's still good. In my opinion much better than other products like the Bimby that cost more but in the end do the same things...

Brilliant value for money
Not to be compared with the super expensive industry giants, of course. But it is a reliable kitchen aid that is easy to use and clean. The recipes from the app are also great. Risotto and polenta as well as all kinds of sauces turn out perfectly.
