Accidentally order the wrong size or colour? Not impressed with a product? No problem. At Galaxus you’ve got 100 days to return your order. Your refund will be issued to the payment method used to place your order. You can choose between several payment methods in our shop.
At Galaxus, we believe that online shopping should be straightforward and fair. This is why our return policy is easily accessible and written in clear terms (galaxus.de/galaxus.at). If a product fails to meet your expectations, simply return the item in its original condition, and we’ll cover the postage costs for you. We've also just turned our limited «100-day return policy» offer into a service that’s here to stay.
