Falk

Falk Marco Polo Interactive GmbH is a publishing house specialising in city maps and maps based in Ostfildern. Falk-Verlag was founded in 1945 by Gerhard Falk in Hamburg and now belongs to MairDumont.

In 1948, Falk-Verlag started with the patented folded Falk city maps and today specialises in mobility solutions. FM-I has been developing special products, services and benefits for navigation and electronic travel content since 2000. Here the data of the subsidiaries belonging to MairDumont are used, for example from the CityGuides of MarcoPolo.

The company is one of the largest providers of portable navigation solutions in German-speaking countries. New is an integration of the retrofit navigation devices to the car radio Falk P-series, which is offered so far by no other manufacturer.

FM-I is primarily active in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Benelux countries.
